Printers

Printers are very cheap in the UK. Much cheaper than Japan.
However, I noticed the reason.

The printers don't include inks and connectivity cables.
Every parts is essential to completion of printing. Well orginised business.

Speed

I can hear it if the talking speed is slow. How should I be accustomed to?

I forgot English words I have memorised before so, I need to regain them. In addition, I should review my reading tasks to follow the lecture. Oh, heavy.

Vegetables

People in the UK don't eat veges a lot.
Instead, they eat frequently filling diet. Beef, pork, chicken, chips, bread with much butter, baked beans, sausages, and so on. Basically it's not balanced.
However, there are lots of fruits... I'm not sure they eat them.

Incidentally, Japanese "SEMBEI" is rice cracker in English. I knew it for the first time.

one of British cuisine

This is a "pasty", which is a sort of British foods. It is a kind of pie.
The pasty I bought was cheese tomato & basil pasty. I expected Italian flavor however, the taste was bland.

Basically, for me, British foods taste thin. I need more vivid tastes.
For example, a cup of coffee or tea from hard water is typical. Probably, the type of water is one of causes that foods in the UK taste lacking.

Meanwhile, some people often use seasoning to compensate flavor. Salt, pepper, mayo, catchup, sugar, vinegar, HP, whatever. So, it might be a premise to add some seasoning to cuisine.

Contradiction and Frustration

Despite I'm in a photography course, I can't afford to take pictures enough. Not only I've got a lot of tasks except for shooting also, I was in darkness or thick fog.

However, having shot some images, I recollected my objective to be here.

Too many things to do

I need time.

I need practice to improve my English listening, speaking(later reading and writing).
I need to be confidence, fearless, and not to escape.
Camera and photos are fun. However, they don't speak instead.

Supermarket

In terms of foods, everything is much bigger than Japanese ones.
As a result, quantity of foods is also much larger than Japan.

For example, penne(pasta) 1kg £3 = ¥360. Amazing price.

Which is the first step?

Listening or Speaking.
To answer questions, we have to listen to the questions firstly, and then explain something secondly.

So, Listening first?

Andy Warhol

I went to an exhibition of Andy Warhol at Eastborne. It was for the first time for me to see his works. And was impressive.

He is good at express irony or satire into his works. And also, the usage of colour is strait and strong. No hesitation.
He described mass production and consumption society, particularly in America. On the other hand, the colour of the soup of can(image above) is definitely beautiful.

Eventually, he produced himself and made a huge success.

difference of Brand and Icon
In my opinion, Brand is a subject who create some consumption. Icon is a object who is consumed by the mass. And then he was also one of Icons.

his feat
His criticism was quite appropriate and the methods were absolutely unique.
However, if his theme was criticism for society, his concept must have been based on it.
If so, I want to know his idea of solution and his belief. Because, to criticise something is easy.
